These general user terms describe expected use of RevenueOS. The participating organisation’s signed service agreement, data-processing agreement and applicable law may establish additional or overriding obligations.
1. Access to the service
RevenueOS is offered to authorised users of participating organisations. Access is controlled by invitations, assigned roles and business or property memberships. You must use your own account, keep credentials secure and notify your organisation or support if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Permitted use
Use RevenueOS only for lawful organisation-approved financial and operational purposes. You must not try to access another organisation’s records, bypass access controls, misuse supporting documents, interfere with the platform or share credentials. Your organisation is responsible for determining which staff members may record, review and approve transactions.
3. Financial record accuracy
Users and participating organisations are responsible for the source records, entries, approved settings and evidence they supply. RevenueOS assists with recording, checking, approval routing and reporting, but it is not a bank, accounting firm, audit opinion or substitute for professional judgement, independent verification or applicable accounting and tax obligations.
A recorded banking status is not necessarily a statement-matched receipt, and imported data should be verified before posting. A provisional report must not be presented as final approval.
4. Features and integrations
Features may vary by licence, organisation setup, availability and provider configuration. Optional integrations or export capabilities may require additional approval and credentials. No provider connection should be regarded as live unless it has been configured and tested.
5. Confidentiality and personal information
You must handle business and personal information appropriately and comply with your employer’s policies. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, together with any applicable agreements between HHnextGen and your organisation.
6. Intellectual property and content
RevenueOS branding, design and software are provided for authorised use under the applicable service terms. The participating organisation remains responsible for the financial data and content it uploads, subject to its contractual arrangements and applicable law.
7. Service changes and account suspension
Access may change where required to maintain security, comply with law, correct misuse or follow the organisation’s instructions. We may update workflows, design and available functions, and aim to avoid loss of legitimate records when doing so. The service agreement governs applicable notice and service commitments.
8. Support and disputes
Contact support@hhnextgen.co.uk for technical support or service questions, and privacy@hhnextgen.co.uk for privacy matters. Contractual disputes and applicable governing-law arrangements follow the parties’ signed agreement and relevant law.
