- Identify yourself using your account email and organisation name.
- State whether you need access, correction, account closure or personal-data deletion.
- We or the organisation controlling your data may need to confirm your identity using an appropriate secure method.
- We will evaluate the request under relevant data-protection law and contractual responsibilities, and explain any applicable retention obligations.
A note about financial records
Deleting or deactivating a login does not automatically erase financial transactions, approval decisions or audit trails. Your organisation may have legal reasons to retain accurate accounting evidence. Rights requests are assessed individually and may require involvement of the participating business as data controller.
